Our Inspection Visits are on a one to one basis and exclusive to yourselves.  Duration is 2 nights, 3 days.  You will be picked up from and to the airport and your stay will be in a 4 star Hotel.  The tour is very informal but most informative and our clients have appreciated this aspect and have commented on the laid back feel to the visit, but have come back with a mind full of information on the local areas, which we feel is also very important when purchasing a property.

The inspection tours are for clients who have a good intention of purchasing a property whilst on their tour. We will arrange your flight with you at your own choice of airport. Almeria is easily accessible, having three international airports to service the area, Almeria has it's own, close by are Alicante and Murcia, the fourth one is to be completed in 2010. There are many flights that travel to Almeria from your local UK airports. We will arrange your accommodation which will be a choice of several different hotels in the area all are 4 star and have en suite bathrooms and offer a full breakfast and evening meal. You will be greeted at the airport by a representative of Home and General Properties and taken to your hotel on a relaxing journey.
