This popular bustling village is not far from the larger town of Garrucha and only 5 minutes away from the beach.

The village has a large population and the road network is superb.

Turre is located in the beautiful mountain range of Sierra Cabrera. The rock climbing is excellent in this range and there is some very good walking for those wishing for a more sedate pastime.

Mountain biking and horse riding are also ideal for this majestic landscape. The area is completely unspoiled and benefits from being under developed. This ensures your stay will be as quiet and peaceful as you could wish for while still being within easy travelling of larger more developed areas should you wish to enjoy the many tourist and shopping facilities available near by.

Just down the road is Cortijo Grande. This boasts a golf course and a private airfield.

Turre itself has a variety of shops and restaurants which are locally owned and very reasonably priced, making going out a cost effective alternative to staying at home. 

Also on Fridays there is an excellent market selling produce from the surrounding area as well as arts and crafts.
